Our Intensive Program 
Swan Lake was choreographed by Marius Petipa in 1877 on music composed by Peter Ilych Tchaikovksy.  During SCDA's Swan Lake summer intensive, dancers will learn the most recognizable variations, pas de deux and group scenes of the ballet from both the romantic (white tutus) and character variations.
The Swan Lake summer intensive is suitable for serious intermediate to advanced dancers who wish to participate in a summer workshop but who are unable or not ready to participate in a nationally recognized dance intensive.
Dates & Tuition
Intensive Dates: July 6 through July 25, 2026
SoCal Dance & Choreography Festival:  Saturday, July 26. Schedule: Monday through Friday from 9am until 2pm. Tuition:
Entire Intensive: $650.00 ($600 until April 1, 2026)
One week rate: $300.00 ($275 until April 1, 2026)
Deposit: $150.00 reserves a spot until May 31, 2026.
Discount: A discount applies if enrolled in full by April 1, 2026. We regret that no credits or refunds can be given once enrolled as limited spaces are available and spaces are reserved.
